At AMS, all our frontline workers are fully vetted with relevant checks and we ensure they stay updated with the latest NDIS standards and best practices. While not essential, we also consider their lived experience knowing that this profoundly shapes their empathy, understanding and ability to provide meaningful, personalised support.

Yes, we have frontline workers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We’ll always match you with someone who can communicate in a language you’re comfortable with, so you feel safe and supported.

Absolutely. At AMS, we celebrate diversity, with both participants and frontline workers coming from various walks of life, orientations and backgrounds.

Yes, at AMS we focus on your potential, not your disability. We’re here to support you in achieving your goals.

Any costs outside of your Service or Tenancy Agreement will be discussed with you upfront, so there are no surprises.

Of course! We’ll work with you to ensure you receive the best support possible within your funding.

While we’d be sad to see you go, we understand. We have a simple and transparent process if you decide to cease services.
