Australian Mentoring Services was founded with a passion to Integrate individuals with disabilities into the community, support them in reaching their goals, and assist in re-connecting their culture and families into everyday life.

AMS is registered to provide support for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. Founded in 2020 by a father and son duo - who bring years of industry experience.
We felt it was time to open a support business that provided a strong connection to society integration and ones culture. Our niche is to support people with:
Psychosocial disabilities
Cognitive impairments;
i.e Intellectual disabilities
Fast track to today, we now supports over 75 adults in NSW, with supported living homes stretching from the west of Sydney to the south coast and growing!
With over 100 employees who share the same values and vision for the individuals they support, undergoing careful on-boarding processes. We can see the difference we bring as a business into the lives of families and individuals.
